The Finnish Embassy in Jakarta serves Finnish citizens living in or visiting Indonesia and foreigner nationals living permanently in Finland according to the Consular Services Act. The Embassy assists Finnish citizens in matters such as passports, notary services and certain specific legal transactions, family law, citizenship and military service. The Embassy serves Indonesian and other nationalities with matters regarding visas and residence permits.
The Embassy's consular customer service is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 12.00 and in passport matters customers are served also during the afternoon hours from 12.30 to 16.00 (Mon-Thu only).
